These terms are a binding agreement between you and ReactVault ("we," "us," "the platform"). They apply to everyone who uses ReactVault — viewers, creators, and anyone with an account. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use ReactVault.
ReactVault is a platform for reaction video content. Creators upload their original reactions to shows, movies, and other media — the reaction only, without the source material. Viewers watch, unlock, and support that content through Keys, subscriptions, tips, and other features.
ReactVault does not host, stream, or distribute the shows, movies, or media being reacted to. Viewers watch that content through their own legal streaming service and sync it with the creator's reaction.
Age requirement: You must be at least 18 to create an account or use ReactVault, whether as a viewer, a creator or an editor. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 18, we'll close it. A parent or guardian can contact support@reactvault.tv about any purchases made on it.
One account per person. Don't create multiple accounts to exploit promotions, referral bonuses, offers, or promo codes. We use device and account signals to detect this, and violations result in all associated accounts being restricted.
Account security. You're responsible for keeping your login secure. If you sign in with Google and your Google account is compromised, contact Google first and then us at support@reactvault.tv. If you use email and password, use a strong, unique password — we'll never ask for it by email.
Keys are the platform's virtual currency used to unlock individual videos. Keys have no cash value, can't be transferred between accounts, sold, or exchanged for money. They don't expire while your account is active.
You can get Keys by:
Unlock costs: A video's cost follows the length of what is being reacted to (the original episode or film, not the reaction): up to 40 minutes costs 25 Keys, 41 to 75 minutes costs 50 Keys, and anything longer costs 100 Keys. Where a show's episodes vary in length, each episode is priced by its own length, and a video covering several episodes costs the sum of those episodes. Costs are always shown before you unlock. Once you unlock a video, it stays unlocked on your account.
Spending order. Purchased Keys are spent first, then free Keys — sign-up, referral and promo Keys before Keys earned from offers. Every Key pays the creator the same rate; the order only affects when offer-Key earnings reach the creator (see "How creators get paid").
All-Access is a recurring monthly subscription ($14.99/month) that unlocks every published video on the platform. Each week, your payment for that week is split among the creators you actually watched, proportional to your watch time. The creator share starts at 75% and scales up to 85% as membership grows. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the billing period.
Creator Memberships are recurring monthly subscriptions ($4.99–$7.99/month, set by the creator) to an individual creator. They unlock all that creator's reaction videos and typically include early access to new uploads. Creators keep 85%. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the billing period.
Tips are one-time support for a creator. A card tip is a payment: creators keep 95%. A Key tip spends Keys the viewer already holds, so no payment is processed and the creator is credited at the standard per-Key rate instead.
Support Bundles are one-time purchases that include Keys plus perks defined by the creator, such as early access. Bundle perks are permanent for that creator.
Keys Back. When this promotion is running for a creator, the first time you unlock one of their reactions you get a percentage of the Keys you spent back. It applies once per creator, is funded by ReactVault rather than the creator, and we can change or end it at any time.
Refunds. Digital purchases are final except where required by law or where we determine an error occurred. If a video you unlocked with Keys is removed due to a copyright claim or policy violation, your Keys are refunded automatically. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@reactvault.tv within 30 days — we'll review it.
Chargebacks. If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us first, we may suspend your account pending resolution. Fraudulent chargebacks result in permanent account termination.
ReactVault partners with third-party offerwall providers to let you earn Keys by completing surveys, trying games, or installing apps. These are optional. Some offers are free to complete; others require you to sign up for, subscribe to, or purchase a third party's product — the offer states its own requirements before you start, and any payment is made to that third party, not to ReactVault. You must be 18 or older to use the offerwall.
When you complete an offer, the provider notifies us and we credit your Keys. If the provider later reverses a completion (fraud, chargeback, or the offer's own terms weren't met), the Keys are removed from your wallet. If you've already spent them, your balance may go to zero but won't go negative.
Offers are provided by third parties. We don't control their content, terms, or data practices — see our Privacy Policy for what's shared. Offer availability, rewards, and providers may change without notice. Manipulating the offerwall system (fake completions, multiple accounts, VPN abuse) results in account restrictions.
Creators can generate promo codes that grant free Keys. Each code has a claim limit and may have an expiration date. One claim per code per account. Codes can't be sold, traded, or combined. Abuse (fake accounts, coordinated farming) results in account restrictions for everyone involved.
Creator access is granted by approval. We review each request and may decline or revoke creator access at our discretion.
By uploading content, you agree that:
We can remove content, restrict uploads, issue strikes, or ban accounts for violations. See our DMCA Policy for copyright-specific procedures.
A creator can give another account editor access to their catalogue, by invite link or by email address.
An editor can fill in details on that creator's uploads: show, season and episode, titles, thumbnails, preview ranges, sync points, platform availability, and notes. An editor cannot upload new videos, delete anything, change prices, schedule, see earnings, or add other editors.
The creator remains responsible for everything in their catalogue, including work an editor did. If an editor submits a video that breaks the content rules, it's the creator's account that carries the consequence — which is why editor changes are recorded and visible to the creator, and why editor submissions require the creator's approval unless they turn that off.
An editor must not use their access for anything other than helping with that creator's catalogue. Access can be removed by the creator at any time, and ends automatically if either account is suspended or deleted.
Creators earn from multiple sources:

Payout schedule. Payouts are processed every Friday at 9:00 AM UTC through Stripe Connect. A $5.00 minimum applies — earnings below that carry forward to the next payout. Payouts require a verified Stripe Connect account.
Card tips are held for a short period after purchase to allow for chargeback resolution before being released to your available balance.
Changes to rates. We can adjust platform fee rates, payout schedules, and program terms with at least 30 days' notice through the platform. Changes won't retroactively reduce earnings already accrued.
Taxes. You're responsible for reporting and paying taxes on your earnings. Stripe may issue tax forms (such as 1099-K in the US) based on your payout volume. We don't withhold taxes.
Don't use ReactVault to:
Comments. Creators can remove comments on their own videos; the comment's author is notified. Removed comments are kept for our review and aren't shown publicly.
Child safety. We have zero tolerance for child sexual exploitation. We report apparent child sexual abuse material and related exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate with law enforcement. Accounts involved are permanently banned, and related content and records are preserved as the law requires.
Enforcement. We can moderate comments, remove content, and restrict or ban accounts at our discretion. Strikes may be issued for violations, which can temporarily or permanently limit upload access. Banning a creator immediately cancels all their active supporter subscriptions; subscribers aren't charged again.
Your content. Creators retain ownership of their original reaction commentary. By uploading, you grant ReactVault a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, encode, display, stream, and distribute your content on the platform and in promotional materials for the platform. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except that we may retain copies as needed for legal compliance or dispute resolution.
Our platform. ReactVault's name, logo, design, code, and branding are our property. You can't copy, modify, or reuse them without written permission.
Third-party content. The shows, movies, and media that creators react to belong to their respective owners. ReactVault doesn't claim any rights to that content and doesn't host it.
Feedback. If you send us suggestions or feedback, we can use them without any obligation to you.
You can delete your account from Account settings. Deletion:
Creators with pending earnings can't delete their account until those earnings are paid out. Contact support@reactvault.tv to process a final payout first.
This can't be undone. We may retain certain records (payment history, moderation actions, DMCA notices) as required by law or for dispute resolution.
ReactVault is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee uninterrupted access, that the platform will be error-free, or that any specific content will remain available.
We're not responsible for creator content. Creators are independent and responsible for what they upload. We review uploads before publishing but don't guarantee they meet any standard.
We're not responsible for third-party services. Stripe, Mux, and offerwall providers operate independently. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of their services.
We're not a party to creator-viewer relationships. Subscriptions, tips, and bundles are payments from you to a creator. We process them but don't guarantee any creator's future uploads, content quality, or continued presence on the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReactVault and its owner are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost Keys, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the platform.
Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to ReactVault in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) $100.
Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so they may not fully apply to you.
You agree to defend and hold ReactVault and its owner harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
Talk to us first. Email support@reactvault.tv — most issues can be resolved directly within a few days.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Arbitration. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be settled by binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Florida or remotely by video. You waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. Either party may bring individual claims in small claims court instead.
Opt-out. You can opt out of arbitration by emailing support@reactvault.tv within 30 days of first accepting these terms with "Arbitration Opt-Out" in the subject line.
We can update these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll notify users through the platform at least 14 days before they take effect. The "last updated" date shows the most recent revision. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
